You need to consolidate and delete any other snapshots before running it so that the image it creates when it runs is the only thing it needs to backup. Some do show the error even though there isn't even a snapshot to remove ...Even when I manually remove the snapshot where it still exist, it won't remove it again the Very big thanks. You should really delete snapshot rather than move them to another location. Under Configuration tab >> Storage... I checked and no additional previous snapshots (as mentioned in step 1) were listed in teh snapshot mgr. Select "Properties" next to services then select SSH and start it manually. Also if you only copied those 2 files I think you are missing a few there. if im delete the Extra vDisk at VDR, i there restart needed or not at the VDR Appliance or the VMs that the vDisk Locked.
