Something inside that file is seriously bothering the Visual Studio designer. Not the answer you're looking for? I wish it were that simple, but it doesn't seem to be. Make sure that the Windows SDK 7 is the current one integrated with Visual Studio (Via Windows SDK Configuration Tool).

VS2015 was a major rewrite and there are bound to be glitches. I don't know when that bug was fixed, or if it even was a bug, and I doubt I needed to keep doing this, but I never bothered to change my Thanks a lot....
