Thanks. After looking for some info, I've been told that the best encoding way is: "Xvid, Advanced Simple @L5, Twopass - 2nd Pass" and then choosing my filesize / birtrate. Otherwise, you need to switch to 1pass. try here You can either set a target size or target bitrate for the final pass.

Depending on how good you want your quality to be, you can pick between single pass and multipass.
