It's a strange one as everything is suggesting that both the superhub and network card are working correctly. Where before it was constantly stuttering and crazy high jitter, it is now silky smooth 99% of the time. i've done a complete format of the harddrive and re-installed windows 7 and the drivers and still got the same problem.
