I am very unhappy as i switched from sky and never had problems like this. This was changed and the VOD menus worked considerably faster than the old box just had, plus the VOD worked perfectly (off peak). There will be reasons for the service running slow, or not being available however if it happens on a regular basis then Virgin aren't delivering the service you expect. Interesting point about Virgin still being obligated to provide a high quality of service, even though On Demand is considered to be free on the XL package.
