so again i am mad as a wasp with this yet another evening without tv, and they have now been told you have broken the contarct if this is not sorted As to the 7-day period,it's all to do with KPI's & faults within the initial 7 days have to be (or did have to be when I was there) fixed as box upstair's repleaced, the other +hd died replaced numourous recoding's going missing not recorded. but tomorrow is the cut off point they repair it or they are gone.
