Its not difficult, the faults guys are UK based, and you're guaranteed to get the problem sorted. If you also have broadband from Virgin, simply post in their support newsgroups. Sometimes it is easier to blame someone else than do a bit of work yourself! And whether or not a customer pays for the service or not doesn't really make a difference, if it's part of the TV set up then Virgin Media should be fixing Take the samsung and connect it up where the V+ box is and see if the return path comes on and you get an ip address, if so the on demand Check This Out Thanks.
