I've located your account and been able to run a few tests from our end for you, we're not detecting any issues with the service from our end at the moment He was sent out because both my internet and On demand is down for hours at a time. Perform a forced connection in the Help & Settings Menu by going to the main menu then Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media In the meantime, don't be a stranger around the Community! Called them again and eventually got an engineer out yesterday.
