It can also be caused by a server fault at the local headend. I've been looking into the TiVo, I've run some tests and checked the segment it's connected to.

I can ask her to try but she is hardly amused at the current issue that has halted her watching this series for over a week now...Please see video as evidence Hopefully it is working for you too, please let me know if you've been able to catch up on this show. This particular film wouldn't play and kept telling me there was a 6093 fault.
